Villa Maïna is located in Marrakech, 10 km south of Jemaa el Fna square, and 10 km from Menara airport. Within a residence of 4 exceptional villas, the villa is available exclusively for up to 8 people, and is ideal for a family or friends' stay. It is a single-storey villa of 550 m2 living space, on a wooded plot of 2000 m2. Included in the rental: breakfasts, wifi, air conditioning, swimming pool, jacuzzi, TV, fireplace, games, bath linen, bed linen, cleaning.
The accommodation
Villa Maïna is your holiday home to spend good times with family, friends, or even for special events (birthday, wedding, sports training…) in an exceptional setting. The villa has 4 bedrooms (each with a private bathroom), of the air conditioning, 3 TVs, wifi, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a fitness area. The rental is exclusive and allows you to enjoy the entire house just for yourself. Without any overlooking, the villa is quiet while being close to many points of interest: - Golf courses 4 km (PalmGolf Marrakech Ourika) and 10 km (Noria Golf Club). Other golf courses are also a 20-minute drive away. - Tennis and Padel club 1.5 km away (Atlas Tennis Padel Club), - Marrakech center, the Medina, and its souks 10 km away, - Ourika Valley 25 km away, - Themed pools (Snob Beach, Famous Beach Club...) 2 km away, - Water park (BeachMama Club Marrakech) 4 km away, - but also the Atlas and the many trendy nightlife spots in Marrakech...
You will have the services of a live-in housekeeper at your disposal (Antoinette), present to facilitate your stay and make it an unforgettable and hassle-free experience.
Housekeeping and breakfasts are included in the nightly rate. Breakfast is served daily between 09:00 and 11:00.
You can also enjoy, for an extra fee and upon request, delicious meals prepared by Antoinette (lunch or dinner, your choice). Each additional meal is charged at 20 EUR and includes an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert in addition to Antoinette's services (cooking, table setting, and service).
Not included in the rental but available upon request: jacuzzi heating (15 EUR per day), home massages (@bahia_spa), and chauffeur services.
