Within an exclusive residence of 4 high-end villas, this villa is available privately for up to 8 guests, ideal for family or friends stays.
It is a single-storey 550 m² villa on a wooded 2,000 m² plot.
Included in the rental: breakfasts, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pool, jacuzzi, TV, fireplace, games, bath linen, bed linen, housekeeping.
The home
The villa has 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom), air conditioning, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, a pool, a jacuzzi and a fitness area.
The rental is exclusive so you'll have the whole home to yourselves.
Without facing neighbours, the villa is quiet while being close to many points of interest:
- Golf at 4 km (PalmGolf Marrakech Ourika) and 10 km (Noria Golf Club). Other golf courses are also 20 min by car.
- Tennis & Padel club 1.5 km (Atlas Tennis Padel Club),
- Marrakech centre, medina and souks at 10 km,
- Ourika Valley at 25 km,
- Themed pools (Snob Beach, Famous Beach Club...) at 2 km,
- Water park (BeachMama Club Marrakech) at 4 km,
- Plus the Atlas mountains and many hotspots of Marrakech's nightlife.
A live-in housekeeper (Antoinette) is at your disposal to make your stay smooth and unforgettable.
Cleaning and breakfasts are included in the nightly rate.
Breakfast is served daily between 9:00 and 11:00.
Delicious extra meals prepared by Antoinette can be added on request (lunch or dinner).
Each extra meal is billed at €20 and includes a starter, main and dessert plus Antoinette's services (cooking, table and service).
Not included but available on request: jacuzzi heating (€15 per day), in-house massages (@bahia_spa), and chauffeur-driven cars.
