Welcome to Riad Rosa, an oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech's vibrant medina, two steps from the souks and main sights like the Bahia Palace and Jemaa el-Fna. This luxurious riad is the perfect place to live an authentic Moroccan experience with modern comfort.

The home

Enjoy an exclusive experience at Riad Rosa. Your booking includes the whole riad for you and your group, with daily light housekeeping and breakfast included. This 4-bedroom riad elegantly blends modern and traditional, with an intimate patio, a refreshing rooftop pool on a year-round sunny terrace.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite and air conditioning for optimal comfort. Unwind in the patio, or enjoy the terrace with its pool, sun loungers and summer lounge.

On request, our housekeeper can offer cooking services for an additional fee. Breakfasts are included (8:30-10:30) and we also offer lunches and dinners at €19 per person, with prior booking.

The rental is always exclusive — you'll be the only guests at the riad.

Other notes

The house blends modern comfort with authentic traditional riad architecture. On arrival you'll find water bottles in the fridge. For shopping, Fatima can point you to the nearest grocer.
