Ground floor: patio with a wall fountain, small plunge pool (water from March to October), a large lounge / dining room with reversible AC, and a fully equipped kitchen.
1st floor: 1 large bedroom with en-suite and private balcony, and 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite.
Terrace: 1 bedroom with en-suite, a summer kitchen and a lounge under pergola, all with a sweeping view over the Mamounia gardens. A panoramic terrace with views of the Atlas and the Koutoubia.
