Ground floor: a small lounge open onto a patio with water wall, plus a kitchen.
1st floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite, and a small workspace on the gallery.
Terrace: several private areas — a covered, air-conditioned lounge, a lounge under pergola plus dining or breakfast area, a bathroom, a solarium and an outdoor shower (towels provided). A bar with built-in fridge is at your disposal. An upper terrace has two sun loungers.
Bedrooms heated by reversible AC.
Each has a private bathroom with shower and WC.
"Les Sens de Marrakech" toiletries are provided: shower gel, shampoo, hand wash.
Embroidered cotton bathrobes.
Important: bedroom 2 can be configured with twin beds on request.

Full immersion in the medina with every comfort (exclusive rental: fibre Wi-Fi, AC, bath and bed linen plus shower gel and shampoo, cleaning included). Beauty treatments at the riad on request (massages, facials, manicure and pedicure).
Aicha, the housekeeper, is present daytime Monday to Saturday to help with your stay. She can prepare delicious meals if you wish:
Breakfast 70 MAD per person served from 9 a.m.
Lunch or dinner 160 MAD per person (starter + main + dessert).
Extras are paid directly to Aicha — we take nothing on these, it all goes to her.
On request we can arrange your taxi transfer from the airport to Jemaa el-Fna (150 MAD per group). We offer the "arrival" leg from Jemaa el-Fna to the riad.

The home is exclusively reserved for guests listed on the booking. For security, the entrance has a CCTV camera. Any unauthorised presence may result in cancellation per Airbnb's terms.
