There is no air conditioning.
Toilet paper, water bottles and trash bags are provided on arrival, after which you'll need to buy your own. We do not provide toiletries.
The kitchen is at your disposal; if you use it, please leave it in good condition after each use. Our housekeeper maintains common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and terrace. Please treat it as your own home.
There is a private staff WC on the ground floor; you'll have the 4 private en-suite bathrooms upstairs.
If you stain the floors, rugs, sheets or other items, we'll use the deposit to replace damaged or stained items.
Only guests who booked may access the riad; visitors are forbidden under penalty of immediate cancellation without refund. Drug use is strictly forbidden in Morocco — it leads to immediate cancellation without refund. A housekeeper is present daily for the riad's upkeep; her presence cannot be cancelled. For late arrivals without our transfer service (after 10 p.m.) we ask for a one-hour time slot to welcome you; past that window we will not be able to host you.
